About The Position

The Dishwasher ensures the cleanliness and sanitation of all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment, and smallwares, maintaining the highest safety and hygiene standards in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in a casual or fine dining atmosphere is helpful but not required.
Possession of a valid food handling certificate.
Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced, and event-driven environment.
Effective communication skills to interact professionally and respectfully with employees, coworkers, management, and guests.

Responsibilities

Wash and sanitize all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment, and smallwares to ensure cleanliness and safety for reuse.
Adhere to M.S.D.S. guidelines, food safety standards, and food and beverage policies and procedures.
Remove trash and maintain loading and receiving areas in a safe, clean, and organized condition.
Restock cleaned plates, glasses, pots, utensils, and pans in designated areas.
Clean and sanitize all food service areas, equipment, and tools.
Assist with maintaining a safe, positive, and enthusiastic work environment.
