SERVPRO of Chesterfield, Richmond, Chesapeake, and Hampton is hiring a Dispatch Coordinator! As the Dispatch Coordinator in our Midlothian office, you will assist with scheduling a team to the customers location to assess the work that would need to be completed. If you are organized, have outstanding customer service skills, and stive to assist others in their time of need you could thrive in this environment! In this role, you will give an estimate of the work that needs to be done with incoming customer calls and dispatch the work to appropriate teams within the franchise.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED (preferred)
  • At least 2 years of customer service and/or office-related experience
  • Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Nice To Haves

  • Prior dispatch experience preferred
  • Knowledge of local geographical area is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Dispatch and schedule restoration teams to incoming leads and projects in coordination with management team
  • Review and maintain the scheduling software so that appropriate teams are routed accordingly
  • Perform detailed and accurate data entry
  • Receive incoming calls about past services, follow ups on current projects, general inquiries about business and other routine communications
  • Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed
  • give an estimate of the work that needs to be done with incoming customer calls and dispatch the work to appropriate teams within the franchise
