About The Position

Stephen K. Denny is seeking a full-time Dispatcher to deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring our technicians are fully equipped to arrive on time and complete their work efficiently. This role is critical to keeping our daily operations running smoothly. As the Dispatcher, you’ll serve as the central point of communication between customers and technicians—gathering important information, scheduling appointments, and keeping everyone informed. You’ll proactively confirm upcoming appointments, maintain accurate customer records, and quickly adapt to schedule changes when needed. This position reports to the General Manager and is based in our growing Jupiter, FL office.

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills across multiple platforms (phone, email, etc.)
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office along with Google Suite
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
• Schedule and confirm service appointments with customers
• Dispatch and coordinate technicians to ensure efficient routing and on-time arrivals
• Accurately collect, enter, and maintain customer information
• Communicate clearly with customers and technicians regarding scheduling updates and job details
• Follow up with customers to confirm next-day appointments
