About The Position

Responsible for providing human resource consultation and support to designated business units by interpreting and executing HR strategies that enable accomplishment of business objectives. Contribute to the development of workforce plans with an understanding of external trends that could impact the business. Provide guidance to convert strategies into result driven actions, including organizational design and change management. Manage a team who supports the execution of day-to-day tasks across the talent management cycle, associate relations and total rewards.
