About The Position

Our client in the Southbury/Oxford CT area is seeking a Title & Registration Specialist to support operations within a high-end automotive environment.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
• 1–3 years of customer service or related experience

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle titles and registrations, including corrections and updates
• Coordinate with DMV offices and third-party runners nationwide
• Manage account changes such as lease assumptions, collateral substitutions, and payment deferments
• Provide customer service by handling inquiries and resolving issues
• Maintain accurate customer and account records in internal systems
• Assist with title discrepancies and ensure proper asset documentation
• Set up ACH payments and process address changes
• Support team operations, including answering phones and assisting with administrative tasks
