The Design and Construction Coordination Support/Document Control team member coordinates activities between the Program Delivery Services (PDS) Civil Infrastructure Engineering (CIE) team and the Construction Packages’ Project Construction Manager (PCM)/other sections/consultants/stakeholders. The role coordinates the review of Request for Information (RFI), Non-conformance Reports (NCR), Quality Milestone Data Pack (QMDP), Bridge Quality Assessment Reports and Design Variance Request (DVR) reviews with HSR CIE and PCM design and construction management and is the point of contact for CIE Section at the PCM offices. They attend all meetings related to the construction packages and lead submittal review meetings. They ensure all documentation related to the submittal reviews is adequately archived. Ensures that the program has an organized and systematic project document control. Works closely with CIE staff, Rail Engineering and Construction Services on the Program for any related needs.
