Responsibilities The DocTime® Contracts Administrator will manage and administer physician and provider contracts within the DocTime® platform owned by Ludi, Inc. This role supports contract life-cycle activities, ensures accurate compensation administration, and serves as a key operational partner between contracting, finance, and clinical teams. The administrator will help ensure contracts are correctly input, tracked, and maintained in the system, payments are processed timely and accurately, and compliance standards are upheld. For more insight into this role, please see below for key responsibilities: Contract Administration Serve as the primary administrator for DocTime-related contracts and compensation agreements. Manage the full contract life-cycle: intake, review, data entry, maintenance, and archival of physician and provider contracts. Coordinate with legal and finance teams on contract interpretations and compliance. Ensure all contracts are accurately represented in DocTime and linked to appropriate compensation rules and work-flows. Platform Management Maintain and update contract records within the DocTime platform. Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies or system issues related to contract terms, compensation, or payment schedules. Support DocTime integration with payroll/AP systems for payment processing. Operational Execution Validate and audit contract compensation logic, time logs, and payment triggers. Partner with operational teams to gather required documentation (e.g., signed contracts, amendments, physician log data). Prepare monthly contract reports to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Monitor contract expirations and renewals; ensure documentation is current and compliant. Communication & Support Act as the liaison between clinical leadership, financial operations, and IT teams regarding DocTime contract status. Respond to contract inquiries and provide subject matter support to internal stakeholders. Facilitate training on contract best practices and DocTime procedural updates as needed. The ideal candidate has experience with contract administration, strong attention to detail, solid communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across functional teams. This role is required full-time on-site at our corporate regional office located at Resurrection Medical Center.
