About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Legal Documents Clerk to support our team in managing electronic legal files. This fully remote position is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently. This is a temporary position. NO RECRUITERS

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Basic understanding of legal documents (preferred but not required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Comfortable navigating digital file systems and folders
  • Must have a personal computer/laptop.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and access to and working knowledge of Microsoft 365.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic understanding of legal documents (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Locate, review, and organize electronic legal documents
  • Accurately move, save, and file documents within designated systems
  • Maintain consistent and logical file naming and organization protocols
  • Ensure all documents are properly categorized and stored
  • Assist with document retrieval requests as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal information
