Provide the highest quality of products for customer delivery. The position is responsible for performing the day-to-day manual transcription work in our Potsdam DAS facilities. Responsible for ensuring customer client Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and document quality requirements are met. Responsible for answering questions related to document Remediation or QA. Responsible for serving as Manager's primary backup during time off. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for distribution of assignments to team members. Participate on internal and external customer calls as required. Provide answers to any customer questions as they relate to document remediation and/or QA. Provide accessible document support/training/expertise to new and existing members of the manual transcription team. Ensure all day to day manual transcription remediation required is completed to meet client Service Level Agreements (SLA’s). Ensure all Quality Control processes and requirements are met. Ensure ongoing production quality proofing and ongoing transcription feedback to team members Assist as required with the manual transcription employee training plan. Maintain current knowledge of alternate format rules and guidelines in adherence to industry, governed, and Crawford Technologies standards. Capable of performing document transcription for all digital formats provided by Crawford Technologies (Accessible PDF, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Excel). Continue Remediation/QA responsibilities as required. Other duties as required.
