This position is contingent to Proposal Award â Location: Idaho Falls, ID (Willow Creek Building), and Washington, DC/Germantown, MD (DOE Headquarters), with the possibility of some approved remote or contractor facility work. Roles & Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact between the Contractor, DOE Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officerâs Representative (COR), and other government stakeholders across all task assignments. Provide technical and administrative supervision for all contract work performed, ensuring all task assignments are executed per the contract Statement of Work and subsequent TAs (Task Assignments). Receive, interpret, and execute all technical directions issued by the COR within the terms and conditions of the contract. Oversee performance management and quality control for all contract deliverables, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant services across multiple functional and geographic areas. Proactively identify and resolve risks, issues, and resource challenges impacting successful contract performance. Coordinate and manage staffing transitions, personnel assignments, and cross-functional support to ensure continuity of services. Support reporting requirements, invoicing, and communication of status to DOE as required by contract and task assignments. Participate in status reviews, program meetings, and required training activities. Ensure compliance with all DOE policies, contract requirements, and applicable federal regulations.
