Requirements

Recent related experience.
Veterinary Care or Dog Training
Ability to stay calm, patient and professional at all times
Experience with leading people
We do work weekends, holidays and evenings
Strong leadership skills with a proven record of motivating staff
Excellent customer service skills and knowledge of balancing and maintaining budgets
Must have previous experience in supervision of staff, scheduling and payroll management.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Hiring and Scheduling preferred
Retail experience is helpful

Responsibilities

Manage all store sales, marketing and budgets.
Report daily sales and capture all credit can cash receipts.
Deposit money into bank accounts daily and submit sales reports as required.
Maintain budgets and record inventory for all purchases and sales.
Work with local leaders to create new, cost-effective displays and strategies.
Respond to customer issues and resolve their needs as they arise.
Maintain a clean store environment safe from all hazards.
Lead the staff and hiring for all vacant positions.
Organize special store functions and events.
Manage the retail staff weekly schedules and communicate out.
Motivate the team with effective communication and provide awards and incentives as earned.
