About The Position
Under the direction of your Foreman/Supervisor primarily responsible to operate assigned Dozer/heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner to complete the task assigned.
Requirements
- Preferred 1-2 years experience in operating a dozer.
- Must have mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and to work independently.
- Attention and commitment to safety required.
- Must be willing to work various shifts.
Responsibilities
- Dozer operation includes ripping, blending, and pushing material to crusher, stripping clay and topsoil, and slope banks.
- Responsible for installing safety ledges.
- Inspect, maintain, and operate equipment in a safe and proper way in order to avoid accidents or undue maintenance or repair work.
- Assist and work with others on production crews.
