About The Position

Under the direction of the Foreman/Supervisor, the loader operator is primarily responsible to operate assigned loader/heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner to complete the assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Preferred 1-2 years of prior experience in operating a loader is required.
• Must be attentive and committed to safety.
• Able to follow instructions.
• Must be able to move at least 50 pounds.
• Needs to be able to communicate well to receive and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and operate equipment in a safe and efficient way in order to avoid accidents, undue maintenance and repair work.
• Feed hoppers, crushing plants, portable plants, stockpile and load trucks in efficient and productive manner.
• Assists with plant maintenance and operation.
