DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. CARD DEALER: A. Responsible for the protection and control of the game being dealt. B. Conducts the games in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, handling guest transactions and notifying Pit Supervisor of any irregularities. C. Advises Pit Supervisor of any guest disputes or arguments that may arise during the game. D. Informs Pit Supervisor of any relevant facts regarding specific guests and their action. E. Maintains a professional, friendly and courteous atmosphere providing the guest with a pleasant gaming experience, notifying supervisors of all of guest needs. 2. PIT SUPERVISOR A. Ensure policies and procedures are applied consistently, equitably and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. B. Enforce performance standards, policies and procedures relating to Table Games and ensuring compliance with the Gaming Regulations. C. Observe game, guests, and dealers to preserve integrity of the department. D. Promotes positive guest relations providing an enjoyable gaming experience by answering questions, resolving disputes, etc. E. Assists in training and evaluating of subordinate Team Members in a fair and equitable manner. F. Responsible for tracking and reporting guests on the appropriate forms. G. Is responsible for ensuring fills and credits are submitted and retrieved. H. Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record. I. Ensure policies and procedures are applied consistently, equitably, and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. J. All other departmental duties as assigned. QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: 1. Minimum age requirement is 21. 2. High School Diploma or equivalent required. 3. Minimum 2 years exposure to card operations. 4. Excellent guest service skills a must. 5. Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, oral and written skills. 6. Must attend and be certified in all applicable training programs required. 7. Must be able to pass all department test according to table games standards. 8. Must be able to obtain and retain a gaming license with the Tule River Tribe Gaming Commission. PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL: 1. While performing the duties of this job, the Team Members is regularly required to stand for entire shift, talk, hear, walk, sit, and to reach with hands and arms, use hand to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. 2. Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. 3. Must be able to operate in mentally and physically stressful situations. 4. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. 5. Must be able to work in a noisy, smoke filled, fast paced environment. 6. Noise level is moderate to high on the casino floor. 7. Exposed daily to flashing lights and ringing bells. 8. Must be able to perform all essential duties of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
