About The Position

Premium Guard Inc. is seeking a highly analytical and growth-driven eCommerce Manager to lead marketplace and direct-to-consumer performance across Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, and PGI’s owned-and-operated websites. This role is responsible for revenue growth, pricing, platform optimization, digital merchandising, promotional strategy, inventory coordination, and marketplace compliance. The ideal candidate understands both the operational and strategic sides of eCommerce and can manage performance across multiple channels and brands simultaneously. This position carries direct revenue responsibility.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of eCommerce experience
  • Strong expertise in Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central (required)
  • Experience managing Walmart Marketplace or Walmart.com
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and dashboards
  • Understanding of retail math, margin management, and marketplace economics

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in automotive, CPG, or multi-SKU environments preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts, including catalog management, content optimization, and performance monitoring
  • Oversee Walmart Marketplace and retail.com accounts
  • Own listing quality, A+ content, brand stores, PDP optimization, and keyword strategy
  • Monitor buy box performance, pricing, and competitive landscape
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and profitability
  • Partner with advertising teams on Sponsored Ads, DSP, and retail media strategy
  • Analyze traffic, conversion rates, AOV, TACOS/ACOS, and contribution margins
  • Identify opportunities to improve organic ranking and improve organic traffic
  • Optimize product listings for SEO and conversion
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to improve images, comparison charts, and enhanced content
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and platform policies
  • Partner with supply chain to manage inventory health, forecasting, and in-stock rates
  • Monitor chargebacks, deductions, returns, and operational metrics
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace requirements
  • Deliver monthly performance reporting with actionable insights
  • Track KPIs across revenue, profitability, advertising efficiency, and growth trends
  • Provide forward-looking forecasts and promotional recommendations
