About Your Summer Internship Program: The Dollar Tree Summer Internship Program offers an enriching 10-week paid internship opportunity that takes place at our corporate headquarters in Chesapeake, Virginia. About Your Role: The E-Commerce Marketing Analytics Intern will play a key role in supporting the Digital Marketing Team's strategic growth and performance measurement. This internship offers a unique opportunity to apply strong analytical skills to real-world marketing and business challenges, specifically focusing on our B2B E-Commerce strategy and digital campaign success. At the end of the program, each intern will be responsible for a presentation centered on what they learned and a real-world challenge/opportunity they helped to solve.

Requirements

  • Junior or Senior, currently pursuing a degree in Marketing Analytics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
  • Strong analytics background, with proven experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with, or strong desire to learn, Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in the use of reporting visualization tools and the creation of dashboards.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced formulas).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
