The E-Commerce Marketing Specialist will provide digital marketing support of Family Farm & Home products, promotions and events, as well as help facilitate digital growth through maintenance of marketing standards for increased performance of SEO/SEM through partnerships. This specialist will work closely with vendors, product merchants, and marketing department in order to accurately maintain e-commerce site. Essential Duties and Responsibilities, Include but are not limited to: Promote Family Farm and Home mission statement and family value Facilitate development of SEO/SEM setup, management, goals and performance for optimal results Assist with Marketing design for website, email marketing, in-store graphics, etc. Assist with Google Platform Management (Ads, Analytics, Business) Present products online correctly with enhanced content Audit content on retail partners’ website to ensure accurate display of information Help drive growth of E-Commerce sales via innovative marketing tactics Assist with marketing analytics for campaign performance review Support marketing programs to drive traffic and sales from both new and existing customers in our retail locations Work with loyalty coordinator to develop customer programs and initiatives Develop marketing communications campaigns All other duties as assigned by supervisor or company official. E-Commerce Content Specialist Requirements: The E-Commerce Marketing Specialist will enjoy working with numbers and data as well as the writing of content, paired with high level design skills. This person must be detail oriented in addition to having strong written and verbal communication skills. A Family Farm and Home E-Commerce Marketing Specialist will be open to technology, capable of using various software tools and quick in learning new ones. They will be a highly analytical individual with experience in Google Analytics, SEO/SEM Management, as well as willingness to assist with future platform organization and maintenance. A Family Farm and Home E-Commerce Marketing Specialist will have excellent data entry, copy-writing and proofreading skills and must have experience with marketing and a familiarity with web marketing tools and concepts (SEO, banners, landing pages, CRM campaigns etc.). Additionally, a successful Advertising/Marketing Coordinator must have a strong work ethic and be a team player requiring limited supervision.
