Position Summary TP-Link is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented E -Commerce Shopify/D2B Marketing Specialist to support the execution and maintenance of our Shopify storefront and D2B (Direct-to-Business) platform. This role is execution-focused and platform-based. The primary responsibility is managing and maintaining product listings, catalog structure, and merchandising updates within Shopify, along with supporting campaign implementation in Klaviyo. This position does not own paid media strategy, traffic acquisition, or advertising spend. Instead, it focuses on accurate storefront execution, catalog integrity, and cross-functional implementation of approved marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
  • 2–5 years of hands-on Shopify experience (required)
  • Direct experience working inside Shopify Admin (required)
  • Experience with Klaviyo (required)
  • Strong understanding of product catalog management and eCommerce merchandising
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong execution skills
  • Comfortable implementing direction rather than leading marketing strategy
  • Ability to manage multiple updates with accuracy and speed

Responsibilities

  • Maintain product and pricing accuracy across the D2B portal
  • Implement approved updates for promotions, product bundles, and business-facing campaigns
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure alignment
  • Build and deploy email campaigns in Klaviyo based on approved creative and content
  • Update product blocks, links, and segmentation lists as directed
  • Ensure alignment between email campaigns and storefront merchandising
  • Create, update, and maintain product listings including descriptions, specifications, pricing, variants, tags, and imagery
  • Manage catalog organization, collections, and product categorization
  • Implement merchandising updates, promotional changes, and product launches within Shopify
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across all product pages
  • Troubleshoot listing and display issues within the Shopify admin portal
  • Execute storefront updates based on direction from marketing, product, and leadership teams
  • Maintain documentation of product changes and promotional updates
  • Support rapid updates in a fast-paced, scaling environment
