About The Position

Advantice Health is seeking a highly driven, strategic E-Commerce Marketplace Lead to execute strategy and scale our Amazon/Omnichannel business while helping accelerate growth through emerging social commerce channels with a holistic omnichannel point-of-view. This is a career-defining opportunity to operate with a founder’s mindset inside a PE-backed CPG portfolio company which embraces a flat organization hierarchy, offering increased exposure/collaboration with executive leadership. This role is built for someone who understands how Amazon works algorithmically, operationally, and commercially; and who can translate ambition into disciplined daily execution. You’ll also play a critical role in ensuring our brands win where discovery is increasing while protecting marketplace integrity and profitability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Amazon experience with direct ownership of retail operations.
  • Proven experience managing Amazon/Omnichannel brand(s) at scale; CPG preferred.
  • Independent problem-solver who can operate strategically and hands-on
  • Deep understanding of Vendor Central mechanics and marketplace dynamics.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen—able to connect ads, operations, and profitability.
  • Comfortable operating strategically while remaining deeply hands-on.
  • Strong cross-functional communication and leadership skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting or partnering with social commerce initiatives, affiliate programs, or creator-led commerce strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day Vendor Central operations
  • Own catalog health (item setup, variations, suppressions, A+ content, Brand Registry)
  • Partner with agencies to resolve chargebacks, shortages, compliance, and case management
  • Own pricing, Buy Box performance, and 3P/gray-market governance
  • Ensure consistency and quality across PDP creative on the digital shelf
  • Ensure Amazon launches align with broader eRetail and brand strategy
  • Lead new item setup and launch execution across Amazon and other retailers as needed
  • Own launch readiness across content, inventory, pricing, media, and timing
  • Support social commerce growth (e.g., TikTok Shop) through PDP optimization, promo alignment, and operational readiness
  • Monitor and protect brand integrity across affiliates and social commerce activity
  • Execute Amazon Sponsored Ads across Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display
  • Partner with agencies on targeting, optimization, and performance scaling
  • Own tent-pole planning and execution (Prime Day, Cyber 5, etc.)
  • Manage promo cadence, coupons, and trade funding in partnership with Finance
  • Lead post-event analysis and performance readouts
  • Build dashboards, operating rhythms, and reporting that scale
  • Leverage analytics, AMC insights, and automation to improve decision-making
  • Drive process improvements across launches, content, and retail operations
