About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee and ensure the timely delivery of programs for our growing E-Commerce channel. Under the guidance of the Sales Manager, the Program Manager will assist in the development and execution of the annual sales plan and strategic goals for the channel. The successful candidate will have exceptional project management capabilities and the ability to drive results and influence across multiple functional areas. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deploy new programs and ensure the success of our Elite Fan Shop brand. In addition, you will lead the development and documentation of best practices and processes to support the growing channel. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner, a strong and resilient team player, comfortable with ambiguity, and a bona fide self-starter. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated project/program management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled in process development techniques (such as Value Stream Mapping)
  • Technically capable in ERP and CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus).
  • Microsoft Excel and project management tools (MS Project, Monday, etc.) required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with design or product development teams is a plus
  • Familiarity with creative workflows or design file formats is helpful, but hands-on design production is not required
  • Experience in E-commerce is preferred, but not required
  • Experience in the decorated apparel, headwear, and accessories industry is preferred
  • Understanding of licensed product sales is highly desirable, but not required w/appropriate experience level
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast paced, ever changing environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage program offerings from initial requirements through deployment, ensuring on-time and in-scope delivery.
  • Define schedules, scopes, pricing estimates, and risk management plans.
  • Monitor and maintain project dashboards, statuses and routings.
  • Partner with Sales Manager and Sales Assistant to forecast annual program development
  • Weekly meetings to review status of open programs.
  • Review new program intake forms to clarify program, design and garment requirements.
  • Ensure alignment on new programs and that programs are properly scoped before advancing.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the team supporting the E-Commerce channel
  • Lead daily pulse meetings and highlight priorities for the team.
  • Inform team of pending new programs, determine staffing needs.
  • Identify risks and bottlenecks - when additional resources are needed to stay on track.
  • Assess progress, schedule and scope; and adjusting as necessary to meet project goals.
  • Coordinate with appropriate resources to ensure projects meet established deadlines and scope.
  • Conduct routine review meetings with broader group of stakeholders and senior management.
  • Report project outcomes.
  • Communicate escalations that threaten deadlines/on-time delivery.
  • Define and request needs for assistance on programs that are stalled.
  • Review finished goods sales and stock levels for the period.
  • Report on Sales ROI vs work and/or designs completed.
  • Quarterly Sales goal tracking.
  • Vendor performance assessment.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts for the E-Commerce channel
  • Utilize Lean tools such Value Stream Mapping to collaborate with functional area leaders and identify process or procedural improvements.
  • Create standard work processes through the development of SOPs and Work Instructions
  • Partner with IT resources to drive improvements and efficiencies – Salesforce, data management, UPCs
