We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee and ensure the timely delivery of programs for our growing E-Commerce channel. Under the guidance of the Sales Manager, the Program Manager will assist in the development and execution of the annual sales plan and strategic goals for the channel. The successful candidate will have exceptional project management capabilities and the ability to drive results and influence across multiple functional areas. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deploy new programs and ensure the success of our Elite Fan Shop brand. In addition, you will lead the development and documentation of best practices and processes to support the growing channel. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner, a strong and resilient team player, comfortable with ambiguity, and a bona fide self-starter.
