We’re currently seeking a highly motivated Earned Value Analyst – Construction Programs located in Dallas, TX . Position Overview: Tracks project performance using earned value metrics to measure cost and schedule performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance or Analytics.
- 5+ years project controls or cost analysis experience.
- Strong knowledge of earned value management
Responsibilities
- Track planned value, earned value, and actual cost.
- Calculate CPI and SPI metrics.
- Prepare earned value reports.
- Forecast project completion cost using EAC calculations.
- Analyze performance trends across projects.
