Location: Bloomfield Hills Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Reports To: Clinical Director / Associate Clinical Director / Clinical Supervisor Compensation: Hourly Employee. $19-$22/ hour; Commensurate with experience. Position Summary: The Eating Disorders (ED) Group Facilitator plays a vital role in the Comprehensive Eating Recovery Vision (CERV) program, a specialized Eating Disorders FACE to FACE Partial Hospital Program. This position is responsible for leading therapeutic groups and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality clinical care. Committed to excellence in an acute care setting, the Group Facilitator ensures that consumers receive the treatment and guidance necessary for optimal recovery. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, this role supports individuals with Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, and related conditions. Through evidence-based practices, the Group Facilitator fosters a supportive, dynamic environment that promotes healing and long-term well-being. Desired Skills: Strong ability to multitask, self-motivate, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and professional interactions. Strong empathy and leadership in guiding groups, balancing support with maintaining focus on therapeutic goals.
