The purpose of this position is to maximize the value of donations by facilitating the online sale of merchandise. The E-commerce Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering all customer service requests in a timely manner, including preparing and assisting with all in-store pickups. They are the face of our departments and accountable for ensuring each user’s experience is positive. This position will be guided by the values of GCT to support in the overall operation and growth of the Ecommerce departments.
