Primary Responsibility Responsible for online product representation and providing customer service for the E-Commerce department.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- A minimum of one (1) year of retail experience is required.
- Proficient in the use of computers and Microsoft Office suite.
- Must be able to provide positive internal and external customer relations and to easily interact and work with individuals referred for training.
- Demonstrate quality control and accuracy with product representation.
- Accurately process paperwork according to policies.
- Kaizen principles: follow the 5S Checklist, procedures, signage, and layout.
Responsibilities
- Sort items to be posted for sale from donated goods.
- Scan books to be posted for sale from donated goods.
- Photograph and prepare written descriptions for online sales.
- Upload information to software/website used for online sales.
- Answer customer questions about the posted product.
- Pack and ship sold items.
- Refer customer issues to departmental management.
