About The Position

This is an anticipated vacancy. This position is expected to be available on March 2, 2026. This position is responsible for documenting and facilitating the collection validation and processing of data used in the testing and accountability programs.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in the education field to which assigned from an appropriately accredited institution and three years of specifically related experience in public education; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Document and facilitate processes and procedures used for collection and validation of data from internal and external sources.
  • Ensure the accurate processing of finalized data into the appropriate data systems.
  • Evaluate policy, processes and procedures making recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide support to NCDPI initiatives including participation in committees and presenting to stakeholders.
  • Develop, maintain and support systems used by stakeholders to submit and validate data.
  • Review and process data changes after collections have been completed
  • This is a homebased position within North Carolina and requires some travel.
