What to Expect / A Day in the Life: You’ll be part of a close-knit, highly skilled team working around the country at customer sites Expect a fast-paced but structured environment where safety and quality come first You’ll collaborate daily with engineers, crew members, customers, and technicians to meet production and project goals This is role has a fluctuating schedule where travel is required for 85% of the year You’ll work with state-of-the-art equipment and play a hands-on role in the manufacturing of industry-leading machines Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future Lead mechanical installation, maintenance, and construction projects Coordinate daily work plans with the Senior Foreman Serve as night-shift foreman when required Enforce job-site safety and quality standards Maintain consistent workflow and minimize downtime Monitor and manage tools and equipment

Requirements

  • Enjoy solving real-world problems with your hands and your head
  • Thrive in a manufacturing or technical environment
  • Are reliable, detail-oriented, and take pride in high-quality work
  • Communicate effectively and work well on a team
  • Must be in commutable distance to Topeka, Kansas, United States
  • Operating forklifts, cranes, and aerial lifts
  • Heavy machinery installations
  • Ability to travel and work overtime as needed
  • Ability to lead a team and coordinate schedules
  • Execute high priority tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams

Nice To Haves

  • AutoCAD experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead mechanical installation, maintenance, and construction projects
  • Coordinate daily work plans with the Senior Foreman
  • Serve as night-shift foreman when required
