This role leads the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of electronic health record and practice management systems with a strong emphasis on data integrity, regulatory compliance, and workflow alignment. By serving as a subject matter expert in system configuration, administration, testing, and maintenance, the EHR Informatics Specialist ensures that clinical and operational systems are intuitive, efficient, and responsive to evolving organizational needs. Through cross-departmental collaboration, the role translates clinical and business requirements into sustainable system solutions that improve documentation accuracy, reporting reliability, and service delivery outcomes.
