Electrical Engineer I
About The Position
KEY JOB DUTIES Perform electrical engineering analyses and coordinate detailed electrical designs in gas utilities field Communicate and coordinate project scope, budget, and schedule with internal teams and external stakeholders. Establish electrical design requirements. Conduct/coordinate design review meetings for projects assigned with internal and external stakeholders Adhere to and demonstrate compliance with appropriate quality standards, client standards, and industry regulatory requirements. Develop and coordinate construction material, design standards, and technical specifications Work collaboratively with leads, engineers, and peers to develop efficient and compliant design solutions. Assist in resolving design-related issues and providing technical support as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required, electrical discipline preferred.
- This position requires a minimum of 0-2 years of experience as an Electrical Design Engineer or related field.
- Experience in technical report writing
- Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Nice To Haves
- I.T preferred/P.E. track expected
- gas transmission EIC, gas facilities EIC and LNG EIC background strongly preferred
- Experience using the following software preferred: AutoCAD, Excel, Bluebeam
