About The Position

We are looking for a Mid to Senior Level Electrical Engineer who also carries Project Manager experience to support advanced MEP electrical design and project delivery in Wilton Manors, Florida. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a professional with 5–10 years of design experience working on residential and commercial real estate developments, including high-rise projects, gained within other MEP engineering firms. The position focuses on combining technical electrical engineering expertise with project leadership responsibilities while supporting complex building infrastructure work in Wilton Manors.
This role requires hands-on electrical system design knowledge along with the ability to guide project execution from concept planning through construction support. Requirements

• Strong proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD for electrical system modeling and technical drafting.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact directly with clients and technical teams.

Nice To Haves

• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in Florida is highly desirable but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Design and supervise electrical systems for residential, commercial, and real estate development projects in Wilton Manors.
• Develop, review, and update electrical construction drawings, load studies, and engineering specifications.
• Lead project management tasks including schedule coordination, milestone tracking, and engineering resource planning.
• Coordinate electrical design activities with architectural, mechanical, plumbing, and external consultant teams.
• Provide construction phase support including submittal review, RFIs, and on-site technical coordination when required in Wilton Manors.
• Participate in technical meetings, client presentations, and design strategy discussions related to projects in Wilton Manors.
