Boothe's Heating, Air, Plumbing & Electric is growing and we’re looking for great people to join our team at our Anne Arundel location! Boothe's Heating, Air, Plumbing & Electric is hiring an Electrical Helper / Apprentice to join our growing team! This is a hands-on learning opportunity where you’ll work alongside experienced electricians, gain real field experience, and build the skills needed to grow into a licensed electrician. We’re looking for motivated individuals who want to learn, work hard, and build a long-term career in the trades.
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders; work in attics, garages, crawl spaces, and on roofs
- Integrity and the ability to promote a positive company image
- Provide exceptional customer service while on the job site
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks on a daily basis
- Results driven in a high-energy environment
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to follow directions and work independently
- Must have a clean criminal background and drug screen.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Nice To Haves
- 1-3 years experience in the Electrical field preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist electricians with residential electrical installations and service
- Learn the electrical trade through hands-on training and mentorship
- Prepare tools, materials, and job sites
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Provide a professional and respectful experience for customers
