About The Position

Electrical Helper / Apprentice – Boothe's Heating, Air, Plumbing & Electric
Looking to get your foot in the door in the electrical trade? Boothe's Heating, Air, Plumbing & Electric is hiring an Electrical Helper / Apprentice to join our growing team!
This is a hands-on learning opportunity where you’ll work alongside experienced electricians, gain real field experience, and build the skills needed to grow into a licensed electrician.
We’re looking for motivated individuals who want to learn, work hard, and build a long-term career in the trades.

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude
• 1-3 years experience in the Electrical field preferred
• Ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders; work in attics, garages, crawl spaces, and on roofs
• Integrity and the ability to promote a positive company image
• Provide exceptional customer service while on the job site
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks on a daily basis
• Results driven in a high-energy environment
• Attention to detail
• Must be able to follow directions and work independently
• Must have a clean criminal background and drug screen.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist electricians with residential electrical installations and service
• Learn the electrical trade through hands-on training and mentorship
• Prepare tools, materials, and job sites
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Provide a professional and respectful experience for customers
