Requirements

1+ years of electrical experience (residential/service preferred)
Strong understanding of electrical systems, tools, and safety practices
Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
Valid, insurable driver's license
Willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends as needed
Team player with a strong work ethic and customer-first mindset
At least 3 years of U.S. driving experience
No major violations in the past 3 years (DUI, reckless driving, suspension)
Clean record without multiple recent accidents or violations

Nice To Haves

Trade school or electrical program (preferred)

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems (wiring, panels, lighting, etc.)
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently
Perform inspections and ensure compliance with electrical codes
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
Complete service documentation accurately
Maintain proper inventory of tools, materials, and parts
Perform preventative maintenance and system testing
Deliver five-star customer service on every job
