Requirements

Journeyman or Master Electrician license (required).
5+ years in industrial maintenance with exposure to packaging/production.
Skill set spanning motor control, relay logic, PLC logic, and computer-based process control.
Demonstrated welding and metal fabrication ability.
Ability to work in hot/cold environments and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

Preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery, conveyors, packaging equipment, and plant systems.
Electrical diagnostics and repair: motors, control panels, PLC hardware and logic.
Mechanical service: pumps, gearboxes, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Fabrication/modification of parts to improve performance and replace wear items.
Welding (MIG/TIG/stick) for structural and equipment repairs.
Reading and applying schematics, prints, and technical manuals.
Compliance stewardship for GMP and OSHA standards.
Cross-functional downtime reduction with production partners.
Accurate CMMS/work-order documentation and spare-parts tracking.
Support for upgrades and installation of new equipment.
