Working with a mentor and under direct supervision, Student Development interns are offered the opportunity to develop key skills, contribute to meaningful projects, and gain valuable experience in the pharmaceutical packaging and clinical trial supply industry in conjunction with their collegiate experience. Student Development opportunities may be available in any department, but most frequently in Operations Continuous Improvement, Mechanical Services, Project Management and Quality. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following is a list of responsibilities related to the Student Development Intern position. Other duties may also be assigned. Collaborate with team members on projects or initiatives while gaining exposure to various aspects of Sharp operations. Participate in team meetings and contribute actively to discussions, sharing insights and suggestions based on research and analysis. Participate in training as needed. Interact and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Prepare presentations as requested, including an end of semester summary presentation for senior leadership. Provide administrative support as needed. Other duties as assigned.
