Martial Arts Enrichment Specialists design and lead engaging martial arts experiences for elementary students that build confidence, discipline, and physical coordination. Instruction should be active and structured, while also creating a fun and supportive environment where students can develop new skills. We are looking for instructors who can introduce foundational martial arts techniques, promote focus and self-control, and incorporate movement-based activities that keep students engaged. Sessions should emphasize respect, teamwork, and personal growth, while ensuring activities are age-appropriate and inclusive for all learners. Specialists deliver 45 to 75 minute sessions to groups of 18â20 students in grades Kâ5, supported by two Youth Workers.
