Quickly assess damage and the client’s needs, offering support and direction. Build strong emotional and practical trust with clients. Help people begin the restoration process with clarity, urgency, and care. Be available during off-hours—because disasters don’t follow a 9–5 schedule.

Requirements

Ability to clearly deliver truth and give certainty when property owners need it most
Proficient with a variety of current technology
Career emphasis on learning and continuing education
Sound planning and organizational skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Valid Driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required
Relevant experience
Must be able to prioritize and manage time
Thrives under high-stress situations
Enjoys working hard in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Servants heart to take care of others
High School Diploma or GED required
Experience in the following areas (any combination): restoration, military, fire services, EMS, police, medical responder, dispatching of emergency responders, construction, insurance
2 + years experience in an outside sales role

Responsibilities

Be the first responder from our team after fires, floods, and disasters.
Quickly assess damage and the client’s needs, offering support and direction.
Build strong emotional and practical trust with clients.
Help people begin the restoration process with clarity, urgency, and care.
Be available during off-hours—because disasters don’t follow a 9–5 schedule.
Responsible for educating the customer on products or services and effectively articulate the use and need
Monitors interprets and responds to lead sources
Establish and maintain positive relationships in the local community
Volunteer non-operational time to related community events
On-call 24/7 to include weekends and holidays as scheduled
Achieve and remain current in required certifications
Provide emergency recovery kits and services to the impacted property owner
Support the office and company in their organizational mission, vision, and values
