The Employee Experience Coordinator is a full-time, summer seasonal role within the Talent & Culture department. This dynamic position focuses on onboarding, employee housing, international staff travel / activities, employee events, staff socials, and departmental operational support. This position reports to the Employee Experience Specialist and works closely with them. The Employee Experience Coordinator leads the employee housing program, coordinating arrivals, departures, accommodations, and inspections. They coordinate international staff arrival/departure and activities. They also assist with planning and hosting employee events. Additionally, the Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the department, including staff check-in, onboarding, offboarding, and other general human resources functions. This role requires strong computer skills, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, inclusive environment. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
