About The Position

The End-User Device Deployment Intern will support the IT department by assisting in the deployment and\or automation of deployment for new or replacement laptops, IPads, Iphones, or or computing devices. This role will also assist in general IT HelpDesk support, but will focus primarily on deployment of replacement\lifecycle laptops and Ipads for Hunt Electric associates.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of mobile device management concepts.
• Familiarity and comfortable working on iOS devices (Ipads, Iphones etc.)
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems, particularly Windows 11.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis on the JAMB mobile device management platform as well as utilizing Intune and Autopilot for Windows laptop deployments.
• Assist in imaging and preparing devices for end user use as well as doing some basic level of training for end users on the devices when necessary.
• Support Windows 11 upgrades and deployments.
• Provide remote site support and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with IT team members to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
