Role and Responsibilities Follow standard operating procedures to ensure equipment and systems are running effectively and/or respond to failure, maintenance needs, and quality issues. Gather date and input it into relevant SAS systems, monitor trends by observing change points and following escalation plans as needed. Operate and retrieve date from equipment, and follow detailed scripts to perform trouble shooting; perform change point management task set; disposition lots, identify the critical failures that imply bigger problems, and fix those problems or document and escalate; participate in continuous improvement efforts; support equipment and process matching projects to support new device vertical ramp; and own a critical module of the process flow: investigate quality issues, improve process margins, and maintain high level of process control.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field and 12 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Alternatively, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field and 36 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
  • Requires 12 months of experience involving the following: 1. Capacity Planning; 2. Forecast work in Production; 3. Data Analysis (Statistics, Design of Experiments (DOE)); 4. WIP trends investigation and recommendations; 5. SQL, Python, and Java; 6. Monitoring and debugging test failures; 7. Test bench development; 8. Test/verification plan creation; 9. Defect monitoring, characterization, and root cause analysis; 10. Reviewing equipment designs; 11. Data analysis; 12. Quality/warranty investigation; 13. Equipment troubleshooting; and 14. Training, planning and documentation.

Responsibilities
