Role and Responsibilities Perform photo process engineering duties for semiconductor manufacturing, including process monitoring, adjustments, quality, and qualifications in a high-speed, high throughput manufacturing environment in the Photo Operations department. Responsible for performing activities that maintain the flow of production through the factory, maintaining high quality, and working to achieve the company’s business objectives. Ensure quality production of products and devices in the Company’s renovated fabrication operations. Troubleshoot basic tool issues and making decisions based on effective data analysis; respond to failures using existing procedures; propose solutions using existing best known methods and procedures; daily process monitoring for SPC trends and change point monitoring; performing data analysis and making informed decisions based on findings; providing support for abnormal events; ongoing defectivity and yield improvement; interact with external yield/defect/manufacturing teams; and implementing operational projects using LEAN principles to improve existing practices and procedures. Provide a critical module of the process flow: investigate quality issues, improve process margins, and maintain high level of process control. Apply knowledge in photolithography process qualification and communicate with other engineers, technicians and manufacturing personnel. Perform routine process monitoring, adjustments and qualification in a highspeed, high-throughput manufacturing environment. Interface with process/equipment engineers and fab technicians to audit and evolve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and OCAPs for completeness and correctness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and completion of an undergraduate-level course, research project, or internship involving the following:
  • Python, Java and C
  • Object-Oriented programming
  • Git for code version control and managing codebases
  • Data cleaning, data mining, and performing statistical models
  • SQL and NoSQL databases for data storage and retrieval.

Responsibilities
