The YouTube Premium Abuse team builds and maintains critical systems designed to detect, prevent, and mitigate abusive activities while ensuring a fair and sustainable environment. Our systems are fundamental to the health and integrity of the YouTube Premium experience. In this role, you will be a technical leader and people manager for a team dedicated to the safety and integrity of the YouTube Premium ecosystem. You will lead the development of systems that balance complex technical trade-offs, ensuring a seamless user experience while defending against sophisticated adversarial behavior at a global scale. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
