What you will do: Work closely with operations team to identify problems in the process Create standard work that reflects the requirements of the process Train operators to ensure consistent operation across all shifts Implement solutions by working with Manufacturing Engineers and Operations associates that makes the process; ,Safer, Higher quality, Repeatable, and More efficient Maintain and drive continuous improvements to manufacturing standard work, ensuring alignment with internal customer requirements and systemic audit findings. Foster improved communication between shop floor and engineering groups. Identify and solve problems in the manufacturing process Query Access Database to investigate manufacturing proces Quality improvement by ownership of PFMEA projects OEE improvement by identifying RCCA and implementation Refer difficulties to Engineering Manager. May be assigned to tasks not specifically listed within the scope and skill level of this job description in support of department objectives and to develop individual skills.
