From operating heavy machinery to fine-detail pruning, you will ensure our projects are executed to the "Integrity Standard." This is a full-time, year-round position. While our typical high season runs from late March/early April through November, we provide consistent work throughout the year.
Requirements
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record in a supervisor or foreman role within a landscaping crew.
- Machinery Proficiency: Hands-on experience with heavy equipment (Dingo, mini-X, saws, skid steer, etc.).
- Technical Knowledge: Expertise in pruning, tree trimming, retaining wall construction, and drainage solutions.
- Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for quality and the ability to manage time effectively.
Responsibilities
- Lead & Oversee: Manage a crew to ensure the high-quality completion of landscaping projects.
- Equipment Operation: Safely drive commercial trucks and trailers; operate machinery including skid steers, loaders, Dingos, power buggies, and mini-excavators.
- Project Execution: Maintain mulch beds and perform tasks such as edging, pruning, trimming, and planting.
- Specialized Installs: Lead the installation of retaining walls and French drainage systems.
- Site Management: Conduct thorough spring and fall cleanups to keep client properties pristine.
- Administrative: Track time entry for the crew and ensure all work stays on schedule.
