Calvary Health Care Bethlehem Calvary Health Care Bethlehem is a 32 bed health care facility providing a range of inpatient, community and ambulatory services for palliative care and progressive neurological conditions. About the role: An opportunity exists for enthusiastic and suitably qualified Enrolled nurse. The position is working in St. Teresa’s Unit supporting patients with general palliative and neuro-palliative care needs, undertaking both day Night Duty, criminal history check, NDIS/WWCC/WWVP checks, and a health evaluation to ensure suitability for the role You will be required to provide evidence of immunisation as required for your role including COVID-19, influenza, tuberculosis screening, hepatitis, diphtheria, tetanus, varicella

Requirements

Enrolled Nurse with Australian Heath Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Minimum 12 months clinical experience in an inpatient setting
A patient and family-centred approach to care delivery.
Competency in clinical assessment, consultation, liaison and care provision along a continuum of care.
A strong commitment to customer service and risk management
A commitment to their own learning and quality improvement
Highly developed interpersonal skills and professionalism
The ability to coordinate client care
The ability to identify and respond to the changing needs of individuals with a PND & Palliative diagnosis
The ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a multidisciplinary team
