Enrollment & Family Outreach Coordinator

Destine Prep Charter SchoolSchenectady, NY
2d$50,000 - $60,000

About The Position

At Destine Prep, we’re not just a school, we’re a community built on high expectations, strong relationships, and a belief that every scholar deserves access to an exceptional education. We run on an extended school day and year, we invest in music and the arts, and we show up for families in ways that go beyond the classroom. Around here, “operations” doesn’t mean sitting behind a desk all day. It means being in the work, solving problems, building systems, and making sure everything (and everyone) is set up to succeed. And yes… our Operations Team? Think Transformers. We shift, adapt, jump in where needed, and keep the whole organization moving forward. This is not a “sit and wait” role. This is a frontline, relationship-driven, get-it-done role. As the Enrollment & Family Outreach Coordinator, you are the first impression and ongoing connection for our families. You’ll lead how families find us, choose us, and stay with us. You’ll own the full enrollment journey while also being a key player on the Operations Team, stepping in wherever needed to keep the school running smoothly.
