About The Position

At MGM Resorts International, our technology teams power the systems that keep our world-class properties running seamlessly. The Enterprise Configuration Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our core enterprise applications. In this role, you’ll be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise IT systems that support business operations across the organization. You’ll partner closely with IT, Security, IAM, and business stakeholders to resolve issues, implement enhancements, support automation, and continuously improve how our systems serve the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
• Experience administering and configuring enterprise applications using configuration management tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
• Experience managing user access, permissions, and system controls in regulated or audited environments
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
• High attention to detail with a consistent ability to produce accurate, complete, and reliable work
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment, integrity, and professionalism
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting or leveraging automation and scripting for configuration or workflow tasks
• Experience working in hospitality or similar enterprise environments

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and maintain enterprise applications and platforms, including upgrades, patches, integrations, and performance tuning
• Analyze system requirements and ensure configurations align with business needs
• Implement and enforce configuration standards and controls across enterprise systems
• Monitor application availability, performance, and usage to minimize downtime and disruptions
• Troubleshoot configuration and application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions
• Administer user access, permissions, workflows, and security roles in alignment with audit and compliance requirements
• Support automation and scripting efforts to improve configuration management and workflow efficiency
• Maintain detailed documentation to support compliance, audit readiness, and change management activities
• Support data integrity through routine audits, reporting, and coordination with database and infrastructure teams
• Collaborate with IT, Security, IAM, and business partners to gather requirements and recommend system improvements
• Lead or contribute to projects involving new modules, enhancements, and process improvements
• Participate in regular reviews with IT leadership and business stakeholders, balancing ongoing operations with innovation and continuous improvement
