Job Description The AVP, Enterprise Data Strategy Analyst is a hands-on, execution‑focused manager who supports cross‑functional data initiatives across the enterprise. This role will learn from the Head of Data Strategy and senior leaders across the Enterprise Data Office (EDO), translating strategy into measurable execution, orchestrating governance routines, ensuring financial stewardship, and crafting executive‑ready communications to accelerate adoption and business impact. The AVP reports to the Head of Data Strategy & Administration and partners closely with senior stakeholders across the EDO and business lines, ensuring programs, governance, and delivery align to enterprise goals. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience Eight to ten years of experience in project management, program delivery, or related activities Preferred Skills/Experience Considerable knowledge of the assigned business line, functional area, or enterprise‑level operations Demonstrated management, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills Strong organizational and analytical capabilities, with the ability to simplify complexity Advanced knowledge of project and program management methodologies Ability to identify and resolve exceptions, analyze data, and make informed recommendations Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive‑level storytelling Master’s degree preferred Ideal Background Candidates may come from corporate strategy, finance, operations, consulting, transformation, or similarly analytical and execution‑oriented functions.
