About The Position

This key position will bridge the gap between business needs and technology implementation, with a focus on our critical enterprise systems including CRM, ERP, and supply chain management applications. The ideal candidate will leverage their project management expertise, business analysis capabilities, and technical knowledge to ensure successful implementation and optimization of business solutions across the organization.

Requirements

Provenexpertiseinrequirementsgathering, documentation, and implementation.
Experience leading complex business requirement workshops.
Strong data analysis and visualization capabilities.
Proficiencywith project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and ADO.
Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree,and orfive to ten years of related work experience is preferred.
Project Management Certification.
5+ years of experience in business analysis roles with progressive responsibility.
Demonstrated experience with CRM, ERP, and other enterprise platforms.
Certifications in one or more: CRM, ERP, e-Commerce.

Responsibilities

Lead complex business analysis projects involving CRM, ERP, e-Commerce, and supply chain management applications.
Develop and document detailed business requirements through stakeholder workshops and cross-functional collaboration.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical implementation.
Create process flows, use cases, and user interface designs for enterprise systems.
Perform data analysis, mapping, and transformation for key performance indicators.
Develop test conditions and lead user acceptance testing for system implementations.
Consult with stakeholders, development teams, and project managers to ensure alignment of technology solutions with businessobjectives.
Manage project implementation activities using both Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
Support change-management efforts to minimize disruption during system implementations.
Provide training and support to end users on system functionality and process changes.
