Job Summary Goosehead Insurance is currently seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for mentoring, coaching, and motivating our sales team to achieve and exceed their targets. Your role is integral to our business and will ensure effective sales practices, sales growth, and increased revenue for the company.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in either management, call center environment, or the personal lines insurance industry
• Passing the state licensing exam, if required
• Legally authorized to work the United States
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Experience in a fast-paced work environment
• B2B or B2C sales experience
• Competitive attitude
• Networking abilities

• Problem-solving mentality
• Self-motivated, hands-on, self-starter mindset that can do the work
