As Augury's Enterprise Sales Manager, you will lead and grow a team of ambitious and high-performing Regional and Enterprise Account Executives as they help transform the operations of leading industrial manufacturing organizations. You will have a direct and lasting impact on expanding Augury's customer base, driving deals typically ranging from $50K to $500K in ARR across both new logo acquisition and existing account expansion. A Day in Your Life Grow, develop, manage, and coach an Account Executive team to close business and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets Build and foster a results-driven culture that motivates and inspires the team to deliver their best work Help the team develop strategy and execute plays for penetrating new logos while driving upsell and expansion in existing accounts Partner with GTM leadership to strengthen sales infrastructure, processes, tactics, and systems that enable scalable and efficient execution Provide real-time market feedback on customers, industry trends, and competitors to help shape Augury's GTM strategy Deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting, and performance metrics to the Director of Enterprise Sales Act as executive sponsor on key opportunities, partnering with sellers throughout complex deal cycles Available to travel up to 30% to support customer and team needs What You Bring Experience: 10+ years selling innovative technology solutions and driving change management to VP and above buyers in complex organizations. Minimum 4 years managing high-performing Enterprise Sales teams Leader: Proven track record building and scaling teams through 6 to 12-month+ deal cycles, consistently closing $100K+ ARR deals. You are a growth-stage leader with experience at SaaS companies between $25M and $200M ARR Sales Mastery: Deep expertise in enterprise selling methodologies including team selling, multi-stakeholder engagement, account mapping and planning, ABM/ABS strategies, and executive-level influence Relationship Builder: You build lasting relationships by identifying and solving customer pain points. You are collaborative, empathetic, and solutions-oriented with internal teams and cross-functional stakeholders Results Orientation: You hold yourself and your team accountable to goals while creating an environment focused on development, coaching, and high performance We offer several perks that include flexible PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) match, stock options, paid parental leave, and WFH and phone stipend. The pay range for this position in Colorado, California, and New York City is $300,000 - $330,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The pay offered may vary depending on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, and experience.
